- To show attendance records, test results, and marks

- To send fee reminders via push notifications

- Data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted backend database and authentication platform
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction
- Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and the parent account holder

We value your privacy and limit data sharing to the absolute minimum:
- We do not sell your data
- We do not share your data with advertisers
- We may use trusted service providers such as Supabase to securely store and process application data on our behalf
- We may use Expo Push Notifications and Firebase Cloud Messaging to send and deliver push notifications to your device
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling
- Notification tokens are processed solely to enable notification delivery
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
- Data is shared only with the educational institute that uploaded it and the parent account holder

- We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and you are associated with an educational institute

7Children's Privacy
ClassTrack Parent is designed for parents to view information about their children provided by educational institutes.
- We do not knowingly collect data directly from children

ClassTrack Parent may send you push notifications to keep you informed about your child's educational updates.
- What you receive — Institute announcements, attendance and academic updates, fee reminders, and important service-related messages
- How it works — We collect a push notification token and related device/app identifier solely to deliver these notifications to your device
- Your control — You may enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's notification preferences
- No advertising — Notification tokens are not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or profiling
